If you are in the heart of the Central Business District, start by heading south on Carondelet Street towards Poydras Street. At the intersection, turn left onto Poydras Street. Continue walking for about 4 blocks until you reach St. Charles Avenue. Turn right onto St. Charles Avenue and walk for 2 blocks. You will see Harmony Circle on your left, located at the intersection of St. Charles Avenue and Harmony Circle.

From anywhere in the Central Business District, locate the nearest streetcar stop on Canal Street. Board the St. Charles streetcar heading uptown. Ride for approximately 5 minutes (2 stops) and get off at the Harmony Circle stop. Walk a short distance to your left to reach the park. Note that a one-way streetcar fare is $1.25, and you can purchase a ticket at the stop or onboard the streetcar.
