    Getting There

    Walking

    If you're starting from the French Quarter, head east along Chartres Street until you reach Elysian Fields Avenue. Turn left on Elysian Fields Avenue and walk until you reach the intersection with St. Claude Avenue. Turn right on St. Claude Avenue and continue straight. After about a mile, turn left onto Press Street, and then a quick right onto Bartholomew Street. The Rusty Rainbow Bridge will be ahead at the end of Bartholomew Street.

    Public Transit - Streetcar

    From the French Quarter, walk to the Canal Street streetcar line. Board the streetcar heading towards the Cemeteries and ride for about 10 stops until you reach the stop at Elysian Fields Avenue. Disembark and walk east along Elysian Fields Avenue until you reach St. Claude Avenue. Turn right onto St. Claude Avenue, then turn left on Press Street, followed by a right on Bartholomew Street. The Rusty Rainbow Bridge will be at the end of Bartholomew Street.

    Biking

    If you have access to a bike, start in the French Quarter and make your way to the Mississippi River Levee path. Ride along the levee heading east until you reach the intersection with Elysian Fields Avenue. Turn left on Elysian Fields Avenue and continue until you reach St. Claude Avenue. Turn right on St. Claude Avenue and then left onto Press Street. Finally, take a right onto Bartholomew Street and bike until you reach the Rusty Rainbow Bridge.
