If you are driving from any location in Northshore, first make your way to LA-21 N (also known as Highway 21 North). You can reach LA-21 N via local roads depending on where you are starting from. Once you are on LA-21 N, continue driving until you reach the junction with LA-16 W. Take the exit for LA-16 W towards Bogalusa. Continue on LA-16 W for approximately 15 miles. After passing through the town of Franklinton, look for the sign for Bogue Chitto State Park. Turn left onto State Park Blvd. The park entrance will be on your right. There is a small entrance fee, usually around $3 per person.
