Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from central Luxembourg City, take the A1 motorway towards Trier. Merge onto the A6 and then take the exit for the N1 towards the city center. Continue on the N1 and follow the signs for 'Clausen'. Once you reach Clausen, look for Rue Jules Wilhelm. There is limited street parking available. The Malakoff Tower is located at 12 Rue Jules Wilhelm, 2728 Clausen, Luxembourg. Please note that parking may incur a fee depending on the area.

• Public Transportation

  Start by taking a train or bus to the Luxembourg City central station (Gare Centrale). From there, take bus line 1 or 16 towards 'Clausen'. Disembark at the stop 'Clausen, Rue de la Montagne'. From the bus stop, walk down Rue de la Montagne, and turn left onto Rue Jules Wilhelm. Continue straight, and you will find the Malakoff Tower at 12 Rue Jules Wilhelm, 2728 Clausen, Luxembourg. A ticket for public transport costs approximately €2.00.

  If you are already in the Alzette Valley and prefer walking, head towards the riverbank along the Alzette River. Follow the path that runs parallel to the river, enjoying the scenic views. When you reach the bridge connecting you to the upper part of the valley, cross over to the other side. Continue walking towards Rue Jules Wilhelm. The Malakoff Tower is located at 12 Rue Jules Wilhelm, 2728 Clausen, Luxembourg. This is a lovely walk that takes about 20-30 minutes depending on your starting point.
