From Dudelange city center, head to the Dudelange-Usines train station. Take a train towards Trier. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Trier train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop. Take bus number 3 or 4 towards 'Trier-Süd'. Get off at the 'Südallee' stop. From there, it's just a short walk to the Barbara Baths, located on Südallee.

If you prefer walking, you can take a scenic route. From the center of Dudelange, walk towards Rue de la Libération and continue straight until you reach the park. Walk through the park and follow the paths that lead you towards the border with Germany. Cross the border and continue straight on the main road until you reach Trier. The Barbara Baths will be located on your left along Südallee.

For those who enjoy cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Dudelange. Head towards the cycle path that leads towards the border with Germany. Follow the cycle path through the scenic countryside until you reach Trier. Once in Trier, navigate to Südallee where the Barbara Baths are located. The biking route will take approximately 45 minutes, depending on your speed.
