From Dudelange, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Dudelange, Gare'. Board the bus line 3 towards 'Echternach'. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes. After you arrive at 'Echternach, Gare', exit the bus and walk towards the town center. Follow the signs towards the Basilica of Saint Willibrord, which is about a 10-minute walk. You will first pass the town square, then continue straight until you see the Basilica on your left.

Head to Dudelange train station and take a train towards 'Luxembourg City'. At the Luxembourg City station, transfer to a train heading to 'Echternach'. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at 'Echternach' station. From the station, exit and head towards the town center. The Basilica of Saint Willibrord is approximately a 15-minute walk; just follow the signs directing you to the historical sites in Echternach.

If you are in Dudelange, you can take a nice scenic walk to Echternach, which will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Head east towards the forest trails that lead you out of Dudelange. Follow the path that leads you to the 'Mullerthal Trail'. This picturesque route will bring you into the outskirts of Echternach. Once you reach the town, head towards the center, and you will soon find the Basilica of Saint Willibrord.
