Take the second exit onto N4 towards Bastogne. Continue on N4 for approximately 20 kilometers. As you approach Bastogne, take the exit onto Rue de La-Roche. Follow Rue de La-Roche for about 1 kilometer, and the Bastogne Barracks will be on your left at Rue de La-Roche 40.
