Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at the center of Grevenmacher, near the Grevenmacher Town Hall. Head south on Avenue de la Liberté towards the Moselle River. Continue straight until you reach the end of the avenue, then turn left onto Rue de la Moselle. Follow this road until you reach the crossroad with Route de Trèves. Turn right onto Route de Trèves (N1) and continue walking. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will find a bus stop where you can take the bus heading towards Trier. Take bus line 110 or any bus that indicates Trier as a stop. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Trier, disembark at the Hauptmarkt bus stop, which is centrally located. You will see the Hauptmarkt directly in front of you.

    From Grevenmacher, walk to the nearby train station, which is located at the end of Avenue de la Liberté. Board a train heading towards Trier. The trains run regularly, and the journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Trier train station, follow the signs to the exit and head towards the Hauptmarkt. It's about a 15-minute walk; exit the station and head straight onto Bahnhofstraße, then turn right onto Simeonstraße. Continue straight until you reach Hauptmarkt, which will be on your left.
