Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at the center of Grevenmacher, specifically at the Grevenmacher train station. Exit the station and head north on Rue de la Gare. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Rue de la Libération. Turn left onto Rue de la Libération. Follow this road as it curves and becomes Rue de la Moselle. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with the N10 road. Cross the N10 carefully, following the pedestrian path towards the Moselle River. Once you reach the riverbank, follow the pedestrian path along the river, enjoying the scenic views. Continue walking until you reach the closest bridge which will take you into Germany. You’ll be walking towards Trier. Cross the bridge and once you have crossed, follow the signs towards the city center of Trier. Walk straight through the streets until you reach Hauptmarkt, where you will find Petrusbrunnen, a historic fountain located in the market square.

    From Grevenmacher, walk to the nearest bus stop which is located at the train station. Board a bus heading towards Trier. The journey should take approximately 30 minutes.
