If you're driving from the main town of Analanjirofo, head southeast on Route Nationale 5. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Vohilava. From there, follow the signs to the ferry terminal that will take you to Ile aux Nattes. The ferry ride takes about 15 minutes and costs around 2000 Ariary (approximately $0.50). Once you arrive on Ile aux Nattes, Chez Sica is located just a short 10-minute walk from the ferry dock. Follow the main path to the east until you reach the guest house.
Public Transportation
To reach Chez Sica by public transport, catch a taxi-brousse (shared taxi) from Analanjirofo to Vohilava. The fare is usually around 5000 Ariary ($1.25) and the journey takes about an hour. Once you arrive in Vohilava, head towards the ferry terminal for the next boat to Ile aux Nattes. The ferry costs approximately 2000 Ariary ($0.50) and takes about 15 minutes. After disembarking, walk east for about 10 minutes to reach Chez Sica.
