If you are in the city center of Antananarivo, start at the Avenue de l'Indépendance. From there, head southeast towards the Rue de la Réunion. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de l'Université. Turn left onto Rue de l'Université. Keep walking until you see the large green park on your right, which is the Parc Anosy. Lake Anosy will be on your right side, just past the park.

Make your way to the main taxi-brousse station in Antananarivo, which is located at Gare Routière de Fasan’ny Karana. Take a taxi-brousse heading towards the direction of the city center. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Lake Anosy area. Once you get off, head towards the park and follow the path to reach the lake.
