From the center of Ampefiloha, head east on Lalana Justin Rajoro. Continue walking straight for about 400 meters until you reach a large intersection. At the intersection, you will see signs pointing towards the cathedral. Turn left onto the road that leads uphill. The staircase leading to the viewpoint is located at the end of this road, directly in front of the cathedral.

If you prefer to take a taxi-be (shared taxi), locate the nearest taxi-be stop in Ampefiloha. Board a taxi-be heading towards Antananarivo city center and inform the driver that you want to get off near the cathedral. The fare is typically around 2000 Ariary. Once you get off, walk about 200 meters towards Lalana Justin Rajoro, where you will find the staircase leading up to the viewpoint.
