If you are in the central area of Antananarivo, start at the Analakely Market, a well-known landmark. From the market, head west towards Avenue de l'Indépendance. Walk along Avenue de l'Indépendance until you reach the intersection with Rue de l'Université. Turn left onto Rue de l'Université. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Réunion, then turn right. Proceed straight along Rue de la Réunion until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Liberté. Turn left and walk until you see a small path that leads to Maison de Jean Laborde on your left.

From the Rova of Antananarivo (the Queen's Palace), walk down to the nearest Taxi-Be station. Board a Taxi-Be heading towards Analakely. Inform the driver that you are getting off at the intersection of Avenue de l'Indépendance and Rue de l'Université. Once you exit, walk along Rue de l'Université, then turn right on Rue de la Réunion. Continue straight until you reach Rue de la Liberté and turn left. After a short walk, you will find Maison de Jean Laborde on your left.
