Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Liberté. Turn right onto Rue de la Liberté. Walk down this street until you see a large green and white building on your left, which is the Telma Antsiranana office. It's approximately a 15-minute walk.

Continue until you reach Avenue de l'Indépendance and then turn left. Follow Avenue de l'Indépendance, and then take a right onto Rue de la Liberté. The Telma office will be on your left, just past the intersection with Rue de la Réunion. The bike ride will take around 10-15 minutes depending on your speed.
