If you are driving from the town of Toliara (Tulear), head north on Route Nationale 7 (RN7) towards Andavadoaka. The distance is approximately 80 km and will take about 2 hours. Once you reach the vicinity of Andavadoaka, look for the signs leading to Forêt de Baobab. The exact coordinates are W7WQ+R42, Andavadoaka. The forest is easily accessible from the main road, and you can park your car nearby.
Public Transportation (Taxi-Brousse)
From Toliara, you can take a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) to Andavadoaka. The taxi-brousse departs from the central taxi-brousse station in Toliara.
