If you are driving from the capital city of Atsimo-Atsinanana, Tôlanaro, head east on Route Nationale 12 towards Sainte-Luce. Follow the signs for Sainte-Luce and continue for approximately 30 kilometers. Once you reach the village of Sainte-Luce, look for signs that lead to the Sainte Luce Reserve. The reserve is located at the coordinates 55W7+RF6. There is parking available near the entrance.

To reach Sainte Luce Reserve via public transportation, take a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) from Tôlanaro to Sainte-Luce. The taxi-brousse terminal is located in the center of Tôlanaro. The fare is approximately 2,000 MGA (Malagasy Ariary) for the trip. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Sainte-Luce, ask locals for directions to the Sainte Luce Reserve, which is located at 55W7+RF6. It is about a 15-minute walk from the main road.

If you arrive in Sainte-Luce by public transport and need to walk to the reserve, exit the taxi-brousse and head towards the village center. From there, follow the main road south and look for signs pointing to Sainte Luce Reserve.
