    From Toliara (Tulear), take the RN7 highway heading north towards Berenty Reserve. The drive takes approximately 7-8 hours, passing through various towns and villages along the way. Once you reach the town of Amboasary, follow signs towards Berenty Reserve. The road may be bumpy and unpaved in some sections, so a 4WD vehicle is recommended.

  • By Public Transportation

    From Toliara (Tulear), you can take a taxi-brousse (shared taxi) heading towards Amboasary. This journey can take around 8-10 hours, depending on road conditions and stops along the way. Once in Amboasary, you can hire a local taxi or moto (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Berenty Reserve, which is about 12 km away.
