    Car

    From Antananarivo, take the RN7 south towards Toliara. Continue on RN7 until you reach Ranohira, the nearest town to Isalo National Park. From Ranohira, follow signs to the park entrance. The road to the park may be unpaved and rough in some sections, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

    Public Transportation

    From Antananarivo, take a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) or a coach to Ranohira. These can be found at the bus station in Antananarivo. The journey can be long and bumpy, so be prepared for a rough ride. Once in Ranohira, you can hire a local guide or take a taxi to the entrance of Isalo National Park.
