To reach Botanic Park via public transportation, take a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) from the main taxi-brousse station in Atsimo-Atsinanana to Ranohira. The fare is usually around 10,000 MGA (Malagasy Ariary). Once you arrive in Ranohira, ask the driver or locals for directions to Botanic Park. It is approximately a 5 km journey from the town center, and you may need to walk or hire a local taxi to cover the last stretch.
