Once in Andasibe, follow the local signs toward Grotte d'Andjohibe, which is located a short distance from the town center. The journey should take around 2.5 to 3 hours depending on traffic. Make sure to refuel and stock up on snacks in Mahajanga as amenities may be limited in Andasibe.

From Mahajanga, take a taxi-brousse (shared taxi) heading to Antananarivo. The ride typically takes about 4 hours. Upon arrival at the main taxi-brousse station in Antananarivo, transfer to another taxi-brousse heading towards Andasibe (this may require a short walk to a different station). The second leg of the journey will take approximately 3 hours. Once you arrive in Andasibe, you can hire a local taxi or walk to reach Grotte d'Andjohibe, which is about 7 kilometers from the town center.
