Head southeast on Route Nationale 6 (RN6) for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Ramena. From Ramena, you can either continue driving to the coast or park your car in a safe area. Please note that road conditions may vary, so drive cautiously. Once you arrive at the coast, you will need to take a boat to Nosy Anko, which is approximately 10 kilometers offshore. The boat ride typically costs around 20,000 to 30,000 Ariary per person and takes about 30 minutes.

Public Transportation

For those opting for public transportation, start at the main taxi-brousse station in Antsiranana (Diego Suarez). Board a taxi-brousse heading towards Ramena. The fare is usually around 2,000 to 3,000 Ariary and the journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Ramena, you will need to find a local boat operator to take you to Nosy Anko. This boat ride will cost approximately 20,000 to 30,000 Ariary per person and will take about 30 minutes. Ensure you confirm the departure times with the boat operators, as they may vary.
