At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Route Nationale 13, heading towards Taolagnaro. Walk along this road for approximately 2 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and bakeries where you can stop for refreshments. After 2 kilometers, look for signs directing you towards the 'Hôpital de Taolagnaro' (Taolagnaro Hospital).
