Start from the center of Fort Dauphin, near the main market (Marché de Fort Dauphin). Head southeast on Avenue de l'Indépendance towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach Avenue de la République. Turn left and follow this road until you reach the intersection with Route Nationale 13. Cross the road and continue straight. You will soon reach the entrance of Soanierana, which is marked by a signpost. From there, you can ask locals for directions to Cascade de Manantantely, as it is a popular spot. It's approximately a 30-minute walk from the market.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Fort Dauphin. Begin your ride from the central market and cycle southeast on Avenue de l'Indépendance. After about 1 km, take a left onto Avenue de la République. Follow this road until you reach Route Nationale 13. There will be a sign for Soanierana; follow it as you cycle. The ride should take around 20-25 minutes, depending on your speed. Once in Soanierana, ask locals for the exact path to Cascade de Manantantely.
