From the center of Ihorombe, head south on RN7 towards Antananarivo. Continue driving for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction at Marozevo. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing to Réserve Peyrieras Madagascar Exotic. Turn right onto RN2 and drive for about 5 kilometers. You will see the entrance to the reserve on your left. Parking is available on-site, but make sure to check for any parking fees.
Public Transportation (Taxi-Brousse)

If you're using public transport, go to the main taxi-brousse station in Ihorombe. Look for a taxi-brousse heading to Antananarivo or Marozevo. The fare is typically around 5,000 Ariary. Inform the driver or the assistant that you want to be dropped off at Réserve Peyrieras. The journey will take about 1 hour, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Marozevo, you may need to walk approximately 500 meters to the entrance of the reserve.
Combination (Car + Walk)
