Getting There

Walking
Start in the center of Majunga, perhaps at Place de l'Indépendance. Head southeast on Avenue de l'Indépendance towards Rue de l'Université. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la République. Turn left onto Rue de la République and walk until you reach Boulevard de l'Indépendance. Keep walking straight until you reach the end of the boulevard. You will then see a path to your right leading to the coast. Follow the coast until you see a sign for Grottes de Belobaka. The caves are located about 8 kilometers from the city center, so be prepared for a long walk.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Majunga, at Place de l'Indépendance. Cycle southeast on Avenue de l'Indépendance and continue to Rue de la République. Turn left onto Rue de la République and continue to Boulevard de l'Indépendance. Follow the boulevard until it ends, then look for the coastal path to your right. Follow the coastal path for about 8 kilometers until you see the sign for Grottes de Belobaka. This route will be much quicker than walking and allows you to enjoy the scenery along the coast.
