From the center of Mandrare River, head southeast towards the main road (RN2). Once you reach RN2, turn left and follow the road for about 3 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Réserve Peyrieras Madagascar Exotic, which will be on your right side. The entrance is clearly marked, and you should see the park's sign.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Mandrare River and cycle southeast towards RN2. Upon reaching the main road, turn left and continue cycling for approximately 3 kilometers. Look for signage for Réserve Peyrieras Madagascar Exotic on your right. The entrance will be visible from the road.

You can hire a local rickshaw or motorcycle taxi from the center of Mandrare River. Inform the driver that you want to go to Réserve Peyrieras Madagascar Exotic. The driver will take you southeast towards RN2, where they will make a left turn and drive for about 3 kilometers. The entrance to the reserve will be on the right side of the road.
