From the center of Mandrare River, head southeast towards the main road (RN2). Once you reach RN2, turn left and follow the road for about 3 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Réserve Peyrieras Madagascar Exotic, which will be on your right side. The entrance is clearly marked, and you should see the park's sign.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Mandrare River and cycle southeast towards RN2. Upon reaching the main road, turn left and continue cycling for approximately 3 kilometers.
