If you are starting from the Jordan Pond House, which is easily accessible via the park's shuttle service, take the well-marked Jordan Pond Path. This scenic loop trail is approximately 3.5 miles long and offers stunning views of the pond and the Bubbles mountains. Follow the path around the lake, and enjoy the various lookout points along the way. The path is mostly flat and suitable for all skill levels.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Bar Harbor. Once you have your bike, head towards the carriage roads that lead to Jordan Pond. The main route is the Jordan Pond Road which connects to the carriage road system. It’s about a 3-mile ride from the main entrance of Acadia National Park to Jordan Pond. The ride is mostly flat and offers beautiful views along the way.
