If you are starting from Downtown Bangor, head east on Main Street towards the intersection with Exchange Street. Turn left onto Exchange Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.3 miles. You will pass by several shops and cafes. The Bangor Arts Exchange will be on your left at 193 Exchange Street, easily identifiable by its signage.

From the Bangor Public Library, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Main Street. Take the Metro Bus (Route 1) heading towards the Broadway area. Get off at the Exchange Street stop.
