If you are in downtown Biddeford, head towards Main Street. From the intersection of Alfred Street and Main Street, walk south on Main Street for about 0.3 miles (5-7 minutes on foot). Look for the Pepperell Mill Campus on your right. The Biddeford Mills Museum is located at 2 Main St, Building 18, Suite 108, which is part of the Pepperell Mill Campus. The museum entrance is near the parking area for the mill. If you reach the intersection with Water Street, you have gone too far.

If you are near the Biddeford Public Library, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Take the York County Community Action Corporation (YCCAC) bus towards Saco. Get off at the Stop 3 - Pepperell Mill Campus. From there, walk approximately 0.1 miles to the museum, located at 2 Main St, Building 18, Suite 108. The museum is in the same complex as the bus stop.
