If you are in the downtown area of Biddeford, start by heading towards Main Street. Walk along Main Street until you reach the intersection with Alfred Street. Take a left on Alfred Street and continue straight until you reach the Saco River. Cross the river using the pedestrian bridge. Once you are on the other side, continue on the path along the river until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Cross Route 1 carefully and continue straight until you reach the bus station. From there, look for the Bus 1, which will take you directly to Portland. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Portland, disembark at the bus terminal. From the terminal, walk towards Commercial Street, which is a short distance away. You will see signs directing you to the waterfront. Follow Commercial Street until you reach 56 Commercial St, where Casco Bay Lines is located. The total walking distance from Biddeford to the bus station is about 1.5 miles.

From Biddeford, you can take the local bus service to Portland. Head to the nearest bus stop in Biddeford and take the Bus 1 towards Portland. The bus will take you directly to the Portland bus terminal. The ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Portland bus terminal, exit the terminal and walk towards Commercial Street. It's a short walk of about 0.5 miles. Follow the signs to the waterfront and continue straight on Commercial Street until you reach 56 Commercial St, the location of Casco Bay Lines.
