If you are in Biddeford, head north on Main Street towards the intersection with Alfred Street. Continue straight until you reach the Biddeford-Saco Bridge. Cross the bridge, and once you are in Saco, take a left onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 for about 5 miles, and look for signs directing you to Sebago Lake. You will eventually reach Sebago Lake State Park, where you can enjoy the scenic views and activities.

From Biddeford, walk to the nearest public transit stop on Main Street. Take the Biddeford Saco Old Orchard Beach Transit (BSOOBT) bus heading north. Request a stop at the intersection with Route 1. Once you disembark, walk north on Route 1 for about a mile until you see signs for Sebago Lake State Park. The park is located nearby, and you can access the lake from there.
