From the center of Biddeford, head east on Main St toward Alfred St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 North and follow the signs for York. After approximately 5 miles, you will reach York Beach. Once in York, follow York St until you arrive at 741 York St, where the beach is located.
Bicycle
Start at the Biddeford City Hall and bike east on Main St until you reach Alfred St. Turn left on Alfred St and continue to Route 1. Merge onto Route 1 North and follow the bike lane. After about 5 miles, take the exit for York Beach. Follow the signs to York Beach, turning right onto York St until you reach 741 York St.
Public Transit
From Biddeford, take the York County Community Action bus service (Route 1) towards York Beach. The bus will take you along Route 1 North. Get off at the York Beach stop. From there, it is a short walk to 741 York St, following York St towards the beach.
