Walking
From the center of Brunswick, head south on Maine Street towards the Androscoggin River. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Brunswick-Topsham Bridge. Cross the bridge into Topsham. Once you are in Topsham, follow the signs to Route 1 South. After crossing the bridge, take a left onto Route 1 South and continue for approximately 10 miles. You will enter Portland. As you approach downtown Portland, follow the signs for the East End. Turn onto Cutter Street, and Portland Paddle will be on your right at 1 Cutter St.
Bus
From the Brunswick Visitor Center, catch the Metro Bus #1 heading towards Portland. The bus will take you directly to Portland. Make sure to pay your fare when you board. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Congress Street and High Street. From there, walk east on Congress Street towards the waterfront, then turn left onto Cutter Street. Portland Paddle is located at 1 Cutter St, just a short walk from the bus stop.
Biking
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bike in Brunswick. Head south on Maine Street and take the bike path towards the Androscoggin River. Cross the Brunswick-Topsham Bridge and follow the designated bike lanes to Route 1 South. Continue on Route 1 for about 10 miles until you reach Portland. Once in Portland, follow the signs for the East End and turn onto Cutter Street. Portland Paddle will be at 1 Cutter St on your right.
