Belfast Bay Cruise with Lobster Rolls Small Group Experience

Wonderful experience!

We had such a wonderful experience on The Back & Forth boat tour this morning! From start to finish, it was peaceful, informative, and thoroughly enjoyable. Our guide, Della, was absolutely fantastic! She was so personable and truly a wealth of information. She shared so many interesting facts not only about Belfast, Maine, but also the surrounding areas and the state of Maine. You could tell she genuinely loves the area and enjoys sharing its history and stories with visitors. Our captain, Tap, did a great job as well, making the trip relaxing and enjoyable as we took in the beautiful scenery. And the stop at Young’s Lobster Pound was definitely a highlight—the lobster rolls were AMAZING! 🦞 They were the perfect addition to an already wonderful morning. We highly recommend The Back & Forth to anyone looking for a relaxing way to see the area, learn about Maine, and enjoy some incredible scenery and delicious seafood. Trails Through Time Bellevue Coal Creek History Hike

Great guide and context about the history and culture of the waterfront!

The Seattle Waterfront Walking Tour gave us wonderful context about the evolving history and importance about this part of Seattle, from the original Coastal Salish inhabitants to now. We especially enjoyed Sol's knowledge and passion for Indigenous history and learned so much from the details in the public art and park design that he pointed out. Learning about how the walkway was designed to illuminate the salmon highway to the Duwamish River was really interesting! Highly recommend this tour for locals who want to learn more about the newly revitalized waterfront, or visitors who want to go deeper into Seattle's rich history and culture. Advice: The park used as the meeting point may be occupied by Seattle's unhoused residents, and you may encounter drug use. If that is the case, find a spot nearby and text your guide. Communication before the tour was great and easy.

Experience Belfast with Sunset and Cruise

Excellent trip

The Belfast Bay sunset cruise on the vintage lobster boat was great. The boat only held 6 people and the crew of 2. Jen told us about her family’s lobster business which was very interesting. We stopped by the lobster pound for a look around and a lobster roll which was delish! Jen told us about the biology of the bay which was so interesting. She has a degree in marine biology and is a teacher so her sharing with us was so natural.
