If you're driving from Portland, take I-295 N towards Brunswick. After about 20 minutes, take exit 22 for US-1 N toward Freeport. Continue on US-1 N for approximately 5 miles, then turn left onto Upper Mast Landing Rd. Mast Landing Audubon Sanctuary will be on your left at 65 Upper Mast Landing Rd, Freeport, ME 04032. Parking is available on-site.

To reach Mast Landing Audubon Sanctuary via public transportation, take the METRO bus from Portland to Freeport. Board the bus at the Portland Transportation Center and ride to the Freeport station. From there, you can walk approximately 1.5 miles south along US-1 and turn left onto Upper Mast Landing Rd. Alternatively, consider using a rideshare service from the Freeport bus station for convenience.
