Once you reach the intersection with Route 1, turn right and continue north for approximately 5 miles. You will soon see signs for Portsmouth, NH. As you enter Portsmouth, turn left onto Hancock Street, and the Strawbery Banke Museum will be on your right at 14 Hancock St.

    From Kennebunkport, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 1 (approximately 0.5 miles from the center). Take the York County Community Action bus (line 4) towards Portland.
