To get to Casco Bay Lines from Old Orchard Beach by car, start by heading north on East Grand Avenue. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 North and follow it for approximately 8 miles. Merge onto I-95 North toward Portland. After about 10 miles, take exit 44 for I-295 N toward Augusta. Continue on I-295 N for about 5 miles and take exit 7 toward Franklin Arterial. Follow Franklin Arterial as it merges into Commercial Street. Casco Bay Lines will be on your right at 56 Commercial St, Portland, ME 04101.
Public Transportation
To reach Casco Bay Lines via public transport, start by walking to the Old Orchard Beach train station. Take the Amtrak Downeaster service towards Portland. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Portland Transportation Center, exit the station and catch the Metro bus #1 (the Blue Line) towards the Old Port. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop near the intersection of Commercial Street and Franklin Arterial. From there, it's a short walk to Casco Bay Lines at 56 Commercial St, Portland, ME 04101.
