    Start from the center of Old Orchard Beach, head north on Saco Avenue (Route 9). Continue for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 (US-1) and follow the signs for Portland. After approximately 7 miles, take the exit for I-295 N toward Augusta. Stay on I-295 N for about 3 miles, then take exit 5A toward US-1 S. Merge onto Franklin Arterial and continue straight. Turn right onto Cutter Street. Portland Paddle will be on your left at 1 Cutter St, Portland, ME 04101.

    From Old Orchard Beach, take the York County Community Action Bus (YCCAC) service to Saco Transportation Center. This is a local bus service that operates between towns. Once you arrive at Saco Transportation Center, transfer to the Downeaster train service heading towards Portland. After approximately a 30-minute ride, disembark at the Portland Transportation Center. From there, you can either take a local bus or a rideshare service to Cutter Street. If you choose to walk, it will take about 20 minutes; head north on Franklin Street, then turn right onto Cutter Street to reach Portland Paddle at 1 Cutter St, Portland, ME 04101.
