If you're starting from downtown Rockland, make your way towards the waterfront area. Head east on Mechanic Street, and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and walk for about 0.3 miles. This will take you past various shops and restaurants. When you reach the intersection with Pleasant Street, turn left. Continue walking on Pleasant Street for another 0.2 miles until you reach the end, where you'll come to the harbor. From there, you will see Captain Spear Drive directly ahead. Turn right onto Captain Spear Drive and walk straight for about 0.4 miles. The Osprey Nesting Box will be on your left, situated near the water's edge.

For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in downtown Rockland. Start at the bike rental location and head towards Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and bike for approximately 0.3 miles. When you reach the intersection with Pleasant Street, take a left. Continue biking on Pleasant Street until you reach the harbor. At the harbor, Captain Spear Drive will be directly ahead. Turn right onto Captain Spear Drive and bike about 0.4 miles, and you will find the Osprey Nesting Box on your left.
