From Saco, head to the Saco Transportation Center. You can take the Amtrak Downeaster train towards Portland. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Once you arrive at the Portland Transportation Center, exit the station and walk towards Franklin Street. From Franklin Street, turn left onto Congress Street and continue walking until you reach the waterfront. The Maine State Pier will be directly ahead, located at the end of the waterfront area.
