Getting There

• Public Transportation

  From downtown Saco, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Main Street. Take the South Portland Bus Route 1 towards Portland. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at State Street. Once you arrive at State Street, walk 3 blocks east to 181 State St. One Longfellow Square will be on your right.

• Walking

  If you prefer to walk from central Saco, start at the Saco Train Station. Head north on Main Street for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with State Street in Portland. Turn right on State Street and walk for about 0.5 miles. One Longfellow Square will be on your left at 181 State St.

• Biking

  For a more active approach, you can rent a bike in Saco. Begin at the Saco Riverwalk Trail and head towards the East Coast Greenway. Follow the trail heading north until you reach Portland. Once you enter Portland, continue straight until you reach State Street. Turn left onto State Street and bike for about 0.5 miles. One Longfellow Square will be located on your left at 181 State St.
