Walking
If you are in downtown Saco, head east on Main Street towards the intersection with Ocean Park Road. Continue straight until you reach the Saco River. Once you reach the river, turn right onto the riverwalk and follow it north. Enjoy the scenic views along the way. After about half a mile, cross the bridge over the river into Biddeford. Continue walking along the river until you reach the intersection with Cutter Street. From there, turn left and walk a short distance to Portland Paddle, located at 1 Cutter St, Portland, ME 04101.

From Saco, you can take the local bus service (Biddeford-Saco-Old Orchard Beach Transit) towards Biddeford. Board the bus at the nearest stop on Main Street. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the Biddeford City Hall stop. From there, walk east on Main Street until you reach the river. Then follow the riverwalk north, cross the bridge, and take a left on Cutter Street to arrive at Portland Paddle at 1 Cutter St, Portland, ME 04101.
