Walking
From the center of Saco, head northwest on Main St toward Beach St. Continue on Main St for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1 (North St). Turn left onto North St and follow it for approximately 3 miles. You will pass through a residential area and then reach a more commercial area. Continue straight onto Maine St in Kennebunkport. The Kennebunkport Historical Society will be on your right at 8 Maine St, just after the intersection with Temple St.

From Saco, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main St. Take the York County Community Action Bus (YCCAC) that travels towards Kennebunkport. Ensure you check the schedule beforehand, as buses may not run frequently. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at a bus stop near the intersection of Maine St and Temple St in Kennebunkport. Once you get off, walk a short distance south on Maine St, and you will find the Kennebunkport Historical Society at 8 Maine St on your right.
