Getting There

    If you're driving, head towards Falmouth, Maine. From any location in Sagadahoc County, take US-1 S (Coastal Route) towards Portland. As you approach Portland, merge onto I-295 S toward Falmouth. Continue on I-295 S for about 8 miles. Take exit 10 for Falmouth. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto US-1 S (Maine 88). Follow US-1 S for about 2 miles and then take a left onto Gilsland Farm Rd. Maine Audubon will be on your right at 20 Gilsland Farm Rd, Falmouth, ME 04105. Parking is available on-site.

  • Public Transportation

    If you prefer public transportation, you can take the Downeaster train from Brunswick Station, which is in Sagadahoc County. Board the train heading south towards Boston. Get off at the Portland station. From there, you can take the METRO Bus #1 (Portland to Falmouth) which operates regularly. Once on the bus, ask the driver to let you off at the stop closest to Gilsland Farm Rd. Walk approximately 0.5 miles to reach Maine Audubon. Be sure to check the schedule for both the train and bus to ensure timely connections.
