Walking
If you're starting from the South Portland Public Library at 482 Broadway, exit the library and head south on Broadway. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ocean Street. Turn left onto Ocean Street and walk for about 0.5 miles. You will reach a small park called Bug Light Park, where you can find the Bug Light lighthouse. The lighthouse is located on the S Portland Greenbelt Pathway, right by the waterfront.

Begin your journey from the South Portland Greenbelt Pathway entrance located near the Maine Mall. Cycle along the pathway following the signs towards Fort Preble. After about 2 miles, you will reach Bug Light Park, where the lighthouse is located. The ride is scenic and provides views of the surrounding area, making it a pleasant biking experience.
