If you are driving from anywhere in Washington County, head north towards Bangor. Use US Route 1 to reach the I-95 North (Maine Turnpike). Once on I-95 North, continue for about 15 miles. Take exit 182A toward I-395 E/Bangor/Brewer. Merge onto I-395 E. After about 4 miles, take exit 3 to merge onto US-1A toward Downtown Bangor. Continue on US-1A until it becomes Main St. Follow Main St and then turn right onto Perry Rd. The Cole Land Transportation Museum will be on your left at 405 Perry Rd, Bangor, ME 04401.
