Getting There

Walking

Starting from the Blantyre City Centre, head southwest on Victoria Avenue towards the intersection with Mandala Road. At the intersection, turn right onto Mandala Road and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and local markets along the way. After reaching the junction with Chileka Road, turn left onto Chileka Road. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the Michiru Nature Sanctuary entrance on your right. Once you enter the sanctuary, follow the signs to the Michiru Nature Sanctuary Office, which is located within the park.
Bicycle

If you're renting a bicycle in Blantyre, start from the Blantyre City Centre and head southwest on Victoria Avenue. After about 300 meters, take a right onto Mandala Road. Continue cycling for approximately 1 kilometer, enjoying the scenery. When you reach the intersection with Chileka Road, turn left. Follow Chileka Road for about 500 meters.
