If you are driving, head south on the main road from Salima town towards the Lakeshore. You will pass local markets and small villages. Continue straight for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the area marked 6FC5+5FC on your GPS. Look for signs indicating Lake Salima. There is ample parking available near the lakeshore.

To travel by minibus, go to the minibus station in Salima town. Look for a minibus heading towards the Lakeshore or specifically to Lake Salima. The fare should be around 500 MKW (Malawian Kwacha). The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to 6FC5+5FC. From there, you can walk to the lakeshore.
