Car
From the center of Chinteche, head south on the M5 Lakeshore Drive. Continue straight for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach Kachere Village. The entrance to Kachere Kastle will be on your right. Look for the sign indicating the hotel. There is parking available on-site.
Public Transport (Minibus)
In Chinteche, locate the minibus station near the main road. Board a minibus heading towards Nkhotakota or the direction of Mzuzu. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Kachere Village. The fare should be around 500 MWK (Malawi Kwacha). Once you reach Kachere Village, Kachere Kastle is a short walk from the main road. Head towards the lake, and you will see the entrance to the hotel.
Walking
If you are near the lakeshore or the central area of Chinteche, you can walk to Kachere Kastle. Head south along the lakeshore path. It's a scenic walk, taking about 30 minutes to cover the 2 kilometers. Keep an eye out for local signage directing you towards Kachere Village, and the hotel will be on your right.
