Getting There

    From Chinteche, head southeast on the M5 towards the town of Nkhotakota. Continue on the M5 for approximately 28 kilometers. Look for the sign for Kuti Wildlife Reserve on your left as you approach the turnoff. Turn left onto the dirt road leading to the reserve. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Kuti Wildlife Reserve. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for dirt roads, as some sections may be rough.

    Take a minibus from Chinteche heading towards Nkhotakota. Ask the driver to drop you off at the junction for Kuti Wildlife Reserve. The bus ride should take about 30 minutes. Upon reaching the junction, you will need to walk approximately 5 kilometers along the dirt road to the entrance of the reserve. Alternatively, you can arrange for a local taxi to take you directly from the junction to the reserve for around 1,500 MWK.
